John Newkirk, III appeals the judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) in violation of Wis. Stat. § 346.63(1). He contends the trial court erred in concluding that the initial stop was constitutionally permissible and in concluding that the implied consent statute, Wis. Stat. § 343.305(4), as communicated to him on the informing the accused form, is not unconstitutionally misleading. We reject both contentions and affirm.
